System Monitoring

General Fire and Safety offers alarm system monitoring for fire, burglary and security.  Our service offers the client an online opportunity to view their account and what has taken place from their desk at home or work.  Simply log into the website enter a password, and gain access to your account.  Place the system on test, make changes to your account, or just view signals received.  This gives you a greater ability to manage your system.

** the above icons allow you to perform online/offline activities, and view alarm history that have come in

Click on "View Alarm History"  and you can see every alarm/signal that came in on your acct.


System does a self test daily to make sure there is no issue with your equipment
* left column is the day of that month, time, and gives description(ie periodic test)


This account shows system trouble, resetting and system in test mode

If you have a security system, or would like one put in, we can do that and monitor it as well.  Monitoring your security system can tell you who is coming and going and what time they did so.  This is always nice to know when the office is not quite the same when you left it, or something is missing.  Monitoring your security will tell you who entered, their code #,  and at what time.
